I have been reading the book called Transitions Glycemic Index Food. This book provides great information about healthy eating habit with Glycemic Index.

Today, I just read few pages of the introduction. And it educated me the different types of carbohydrates. I thought they are just the same. But the I learned a lot about the differences.

This book is a good read. If you are interested in optimize your weight by simply choosing the right food, it might provides the hints for you.

Today is the only day that I have some flexible time in the morning, I need to make sure I finished my exercise.
probably one of the best benefits I experienced so far is i go to bathroom more. It became a lot of easier than before.
Thanks to Transitions’ education, I know what food effect how to my body. I know how to eat healthy and I don’t have to do complicated mathematics or reading  charts. It’s very simple.

It was the president’s day. And the neighborhood was slow and quite. Some people are working. I had a slow start today, and I did my exercise around noon, and went to my business appointment.

Because of my schedule I happened to eat outside a lot. Especially, I go to Panera Bread to have meetings.
the challenge is to resist all carbohydrate they have. I know they taste great! So, the best way is to stay away.

It’s Valentines day. I came to panera bread and ate some panini. Well, it contains some carbohydrates. Yes, little bit regret. Nothing fancy on Valentines day. I committed to finish my bookkeeping. It’s done! I go home and do stretch. I realized by doing stretch I can perform better on other workout. And the best of all, it feels good!

It’s heavy rain in California. I had a big challenge today. Somehow I had a big grave for Souplantation. Don’t ask me why have a grave for it. I just did.  For dinner I went there with my business partner. Even though the detox was over, I am supposed to avoid carbohydrate food.  When I got into the store. I pretty much stay with salad and soup section. Surprisingly, I didn’t eat any pizza or pasta, I had 2 bowls of salad and some soups mostly vegetable. Yes I ate A LOT! but, still relatively healthy food I believe. I took my transitions supplement Fat Convert Inhibitor and Carbohydrate Absorption Inhibitor before the meal.
